had Sports Week in school. It was a really great
experience for everyone. We all had the chance to

Thank you to Mr Bartley and Mrs King for

Tennis Competition

On Friday 27th April, twelve children from Y3 went
to Trinity College to take part in a Tennis competition.
We were all given stickers with a number on so we
knew when it was our turn to play
our tennis match.
We played against a lot of children from other schools.
After the competition was all finished, we had a fun
‘Egg and Spoon’ race and ‘Pass the Parcel’ game
using our racquets and tennis balls.
At the very end of the day, the results were read
out and we had won 1st place! We were so proud
of ourselves and we received a gold trophy to bring
back to school. We had a brilliant day playing tennis
and having fun with our class mates.
