St Joseph’s Sports Update

St Joseph’s have had another super sporting week with three events at Middlesbrough Sports Village.

On Wednesday, in the Year 5/6 Athletics, we performed extremely well against all Middlesbrough’s Primary Schools. Our best result was in the Standing Long Jump where Ruby Brodie-Myers obtained a bronze medal.

On Thursday, in the Year 1/2 Quad Kids, some children represented St Joseph’s for the first ever time and were magnificent. Harry Scott was first place in the Howler Throw and Zack Robinson was second in the 300m.

On Friday, in the Year 3/4 Quad Kids, the team performed excellently again against some very strong opposition and finished 13th.
